DETECTION PROCESS

Process one:Quality inspection

（1）First inspection:Quality inspection workers perform surface inspection on the toilets

(2)Enter the testing platform area for the toilet flushing test.

（3）After flushing test,the workers wash the products then dry them.

（4）Second inspection:The workers makes a second inspection of the toilet,inside and outside of the toilets,back and bottom of the toilets.

（5）The factory divides the products after the second inspection into the following three categorise：

（6）The qualified products are unloaded in the bulk cargo area for packaging.The unqualified products are directly taken to the waste porcelain area for waste treatment.
